Makes: 4 servings
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp (37.5 ml) honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) tomato paste
  • 1 tsp (5 ml)
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Preparation


 
  • In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
  • Dip chicken in sauce, coating both sides. Arrange in a grill pan.
  • Cook on the grill approximately 4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
