Ingredients


Makes: 10 large or 18 small appies
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • Flour, for dusting
  • 1/4-1/2 C (60 à 125 ml) Molto Bene Finishing Sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 C (60 à 125 ml) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) low-fat milk

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  • On Bake & Roll, roll puff pastry into a 10.5” (26 cm) square. Gently flip onto Epicure Appy Maker. Using a rolling pin, firmly roll over to cut pastry.
  • Spoon Molto Bene Finishing Sauce onto each triangle: ½ tsp (2.5 ml) for small, 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml) for large and sprinkle entire surface with cheese. Starting at wide end, roll up each appie on the Epicure Appy Maker.
  • Place on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll. Using Basting Brush, brush with milk, and bake until puffy and light golden: 10–11 minutes for small, 12–14 minutes for large.
