Ingredients


Makes: 6 servings
  • 12 Tbsp (180 ml) thick Greek yogurt, skyr, or labneh
  • 1/2 tsp (2 1/2) grated lemon peel, optional
  • 12 crackers, such as rice, matzo, or your favourite
  • 12 small slices smoked salmon (about 5 oz/140 g)
  • Broccoli Bliss Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste

Preparation


 
  • Stir together yogurt and lemon peel, if desired.
  • Spread over crackers; top with salmon.
  • Generously shake on yeast topper.

Tip


 

Tip: Swap salmon for baby shrimp. For extra flavour, drizzle with (p.1002857).
