Ingredients


Makes: 12 servings
  • CRUST:
  • 1 1/3 C (330 ml) gingersnap or graham wafer crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) melted butter
  • FILLING:
  • 2 pkg (8 oz /250 g) cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C (250 ml) Greek vanilla yogurt

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 325° F (160° C).
  • CRUST: Combine gingersnap or graham wafer crumbs with melted butter.Press into 9" (23 cm) springform pan, or use 2 premade crumb pie shells.
  • FILLING: Blend cream cheese with cheesecake mix until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add Greek vanilla yogurt and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.
  • BAKE: Cheesecake: 40 min/Pies: 30 min. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate before serving.

Tip


 

Tip: Place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven to promote even baking and reduce cracking.
